II. Project description


In July 2018, a company in Xinjiang began to screen and inspect the manufacturers of the sludge calcining production line, and after nearly 1 month of program discussion, our company was finally determined as the final production line equipment supplier, and officially signed the supply contract with July 2018. This project is an environmental protection project for sludge treatment, with a daily processing capacity of 1.5t/d. The project is built in Shanshan County, Turpan City. The construction purpose of the project is to treat sludge waste. Due to the characteristics of the material in this production line, the material is required to be clean and environmentally friendly in the process of transport. In view of the above characteristics, our engineers tailor-made suitable production equipment and process flow for the owners to achieve the satisfaction of the owners.


III. Process flow


The raw material is sludge containing organic matter.


The production process of this production line is: feeding system → calcination system → gas treatment system.


The sludge in the bin is transported from the feeding system to the shaftless screw conveyor, and enters the rotary kiln through the shaftless screw conveyor. Since the cylinder rotates slowly at 3.5% inclination, the material moves from the high end (feeding device) to the low end (discharging device) in the axial direction of the cylinder while rotating with the cylinder. The natural gas burner is on the kiln head cover (discharge end) of the rotary kiln, and the high-temperature gas generated by the flame combustion fully exchanges heat with the materials from the kiln tail and flows from the kiln head (low end) to the kiln tail (high end). The heat is transferred to the material by convection, conduction and other ways, and the wet material is dried and incinerated during the movement. The generated waste gas enters the exhaust gas treatment system through the exhaust gas pipe at the kiln tail cover. The high-temperature material after calcination enters the single barrel cooler and is transported to the next process by belt conveyor after cooling.
