In order to promote the research of smelting waste slag treatment project and research and development of aluminum ash treatment process and equipment, a Henan research institute plans to build a pilot production line system for aluminum ash treatment. After multiple layers of screening and investigation, our company won the bid with high-level equipment processing and technical services and became the equipment supplier of the project. In August 2019, the two sides signed a purchase contract. The pilot line of aluminum ash is mainly used for the resource treatment of aluminum slag from the overhaul of aluminum smelting line of 500 tons per year and the recovery of metal aluminum. Our company provides a variety of services for the project from the storage and transportation of raw materials, preheating, drying and screening to the process design, plant planning, equipment supply, equipment installation and commissioning, after-sales training and other services for the finished product storage and transportation system, environmental dust collection system, and electrical automation control system.
II. Solution
1. Process selection. The pilot production line of hazardous aluminum ash waste disposal adopts grinding and sifting process to realize the separation of metal aluminum and ash slag until it is cast into finished aluminum ingots, and the recovery efficiency of metal aluminum is high.

4. The project adopts a variety of energy saving and environmental protection measures such as ball mill rolling bearings, cloth bag dust collector, multi-point dust collection, negative pressure production, etc., to avoid secondary pollution.
