A company in Anhui is mainly engaged in ironmaking, steelmaking, steel rolling processing products and sales, and special steel research and development. In the process of iron and steel smelting, the humidity of the ore will have a certain impact on the properties of the steel, so it is necessary to dry the ore in advance. At the beginning of 2018, a company in Anhui needed to build a set of pre-drying system due to the pre-drying treatment of ores. After a survey of several suppliers across the country, ZhengMine was determined to be the supplier of the entire production line.


A series of production problems, such as feeding and screening, which are caused by large water content and powder, are solved by adding lump ore evenly before cooling, drying water with waste heat, mixing the pellet ore and lump ore into the warehouse, and good economic benefits are obtained.


After winning the bid, our engineering and technical personnel overcome a number of technical difficulties according to the technical requirements of the bidding documents, carried out careful and detailed engineering construction drawing design, and obtained the review and approval at one time. In strict accordance with the contract requirements, the project department formulated a strict implementation plan, equipment manufacturing, installation, delivery, commissioning and other work, with the active cooperation and support of Party A's project department, completed on time, commissioning smoothly.


II. Solution

Material flow:


The wet base material in the bin enters the belt conveyor with high inclination Angle by the electromagnetic vibration feeder and enters the dryer through the feed lock valve. Since the cylinder rotates slowly under the inclined state, the lump ore moves from the high end (feeding device) to the low end (discharging device) in the axial direction of the cylinder while rotating with the cylinder. The high-temperature flue gas enters the dryer cylinder from the high end (feed end), and carries out heat exchange under the joint action of the hot air and the material lifting device in the cylinder, and the heat is transferred to the block ore by convection, conduction and other ways. The wet block ore is dried during the moving process, and the block ore of different particle sizes is discharged through the corresponding chute after the screen is screened at the end of the cylinder. < 8~10mm fine powder through the air lock valve, fine powder belt conveyor into the next process, > 8~10mm block material through another air lock valve, block belt machine into the finished product yard.


Hot air flow:


The blast furnace gas is burned in the gas hot blast furnace through the gas burner, and the generated high temperature flue gas is mixed by the mixing chamber of the hot blast furnace and the cold air into the rotary dryer. Under the joint action of the lifting device, the material is fully heat exchanged and the material is dried. The exhaust gas after heat exchange enters the air box pulse bag dust collector after purification treatment to reach 30mg/Nm3 through the exhaust fan into the atmosphere.
