Thailand a ceramic sand manufacturer wants to buy a set of drying system for bauxite and additive powder after graining moisture drying, according to its production process and technical needs, our company's technical personnel planning program to solve the ceramic sand into the kiln before drying needs, but also solve the screening link. In June 2018, the two sides signed a supply contract, and the equipment was manufactured in August and shipped as scheduled.
The discharging end of the dryer is screened with a screen to separate the fine crushed materials with unqualified particle size, and external insulation measures are taken to prevent heat loss.
II, the solution
This supply is a single drum dryer and the corresponding supporting transmission and support devices, drying ceramic sand semi-finished products 8t per hour, adopt the following solutions to meet customer needs:
1) The dryer has a lifting plate heat exchange device, which lifts and throws the material during the working process, increases the contact area between the hot air and the material, and improves the heat exchange efficiency.
2) The speed of the cylinder can be adjusted stepless. By adjusting the speed of the cylinder and the air inlet temperature of the dryer, it can adapt to the properties of different forms of incoming materials and meet the water requirements of different products.
3) Aligning roller bearing bracket structure is adopted to reduce wear and power consumption. Special wheel structure is adopted to make the cylinder move normally up and down on the wheel to ensure uniform force on the surface of the wheel.
4) The discharging end is equipped with a screening machine, which can directly remove unqualified fine crushed materials, eliminate the screening link of drum screening, simplify the process and save equipment investment.
5) The outer surface of the cylinder is equipped with thermal insulation materials to prevent heat loss in the work project, energy saving and cost reduction.
