I. Project overview
A company in Yingkou, Liaoning Province in 2016 due to the needs of desiccant production granulation, ready to buy granulation equipment, before consulting our company, has spent several months to inspect a number of equipment manufacturers, equipment granulation particle size, uniformity has always been unable to meet the requirements. In October 2016, I came into contact with our company and understood its various pelletizing products, especially the pot pelletizing machine, and the bottleneck problem of pelletizing quality in desiccant production was solved. The equipment has the characteristics of high pelletizing rate, uniform particle size of finished material balls and high strength. In October 2016, the two sides signed a supply contract, and in mid-November 2016, the equipment installation and commissioning were completed and officially put into production.

II. Solution
The supply granulator is a pot granulator with a diameter of 2.2m and a time of 2-3t. The following solutions are mainly adopted to meet customer needs:
