In July 2017, an Egyptian company ordered PQ32 granulator due to the needs of mineral powder granulation, and arranged delivery after the normal test in the equipment field on August 10, 2017.

II. Solution

The pelletizing machine is a disk pelletizing machine and a supporting device. The equipment is a kind of equipment that completes pelletizing by turning mixed materials into a ball. Adopt the following solutions to meet customer needs:

1) The Angle of the ball is convenient to adjust, the structure is novel, the weight is light, the height is low, the process layout is flexible and convenient.

2) The ball forming disc is composed of a disc body and a disc joint. The disc joint can be adjusted up and down along the disc body, and the end of the disc joint is a side flange to ensure that the material ball is not pulled or torn when it is sent out.

3) After the frame is welded and the stress is removed, the mating surface is processed in the boring and milling machine to ensure higher assembly accuracy and more stable operation.

4) The Angle scraper device, while cleaning the bottom and clearing the edge, is used with the optimized ball forming disc to make the ball forming effect better, and the qualified material ball reaches more than 90%.
