The customer's raw materials are small granular smelting slag and pulverized coke powder, which need to be added with water to cause particles and then into the kiln for calcining. The granulator requires an installation device, simple operation, adjustable speed, adjustable Angle, beautiful shape and suitable height.
II. Solution
The customer uses φ500mm ball forming disc for pelletizing. The pelletizer can speed regulate by frequency conversion through the speed regulating knob on the operation panel, and the emergency stop button is set on the operation panel. The emergency stop device can quickly reduce the speed of the equipment to 0 when an emergency stop is required in the environment of the equipment. Ensure the safety of operators.
