I. Project introduction

This project is GL10090 counterroll granulation machine and ZX1238 shaping machine purchased by a Taiwan Co., LTD., which are used for raw material granulation and shaping screening projects in ceramsite industry. Our company is responsible for the production of the project granulator and shaping machine.

II. Solution

The roller granulator is a kind of molding equipment that makes the material containing certain moisture into a specific shape. It is a common granulation equipment for the preparation of sludge and clay ceramics. The equipment is mainly composed of a frame, a fixed roll device, an active roll device, and a transmission device. The working process is that the material entering the roller granulator is once extruded, which has simple structure and convenient maintenance. The shaping machine drives the sprocket through the motor reducer to drive the inclined drum for low-speed rotation, the material is fed from the high-end of the cylinder, the material is constantly lifted and thrown under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, and the material is reshaped through the friction between each other, and the material is discharged from the low-end after reshaping.
