I. Project overview

Japanese researchers used fly ash to produce a compound fertilizer with high solubility and slow performance. The main raw materials used are fly ash, slag, phosphoric acid mixture and other materials. The compound fertilizer made of fly ash with high insoluble and slow efficiency can inhibit the dissolution of potassium chloride in the presence of a lot of water, improve the water absorption rate of fertilizer, and reduce the outflow of fertilizer. In 2017, a Japanese manufacturer ordered 1 boiler granulator due to the granulation needs of fertilizer production fly ash, slag and other materials. On November 9, 2017, the two sides conducted pre-delivery test operation, and on November 13, 2017, the equipment was loaded and shipped.

Processing material: fly ash

Processing capacity: 3t/h

Equipment configuration: 2.4 meters pot type granulator

II. Solution

This supply granulator is a pot type granulator with a diameter of 2.4m and 3t granulation per hour. The following solutions are mainly adopted to meet customer needs:

1, according to the customer granulation size range, recommend the type of equipment for customers, and combine the upstream and downstream production process, reasonable process layout.

2, the use of frequency control motor, easy for customers to adjust the speed according to the specific granulation size needs, simple and convenient operation.

3, granulator base adopts integrated structure design, smooth operation, low noise, long life.
