It is a key process in iron and steel smelting and sintering process to make the mixture of fine ore powder and rich ore powder (less than 8mm) with the added flux powder (less than 3mm limestone powder and dolomite powder, etc.) and fuel powder (coke powder or anthracite powder) and add a certain amount of water at the same time to make the mixture into pellets. In May 2018, a steel enterprise in Mexico ordered a PQ16 granulator of our company for the steel sintering process into a ball, the granulator has a production capacity of 3 tons, and the inclination adjustment range is 33-55°. The equipment manufacturing was completed in July 2018, and the shipment was arranged after the test run.
II, the solution
The pelletizing machine is a disc pelletizing machine and supporting devices, with a time of 3t. The equipment is a kind of equipment that completes pelletizing by spinning mixed materials into balls. Adopt the following solutions to meet customer needs:
1) The Angle of the ball is convenient to adjust, the structure is novel, the weight is light, the height is low, the process layout is flexible and convenient.
2) The ball forming disc is composed of a disc body and a disc joint. The disc joint can be adjusted up and down along the disc body, and the end of the disc joint is a side flange to ensure that the material ball is not pulled or torn when it is sent out.
3) After the frame is welded and the stress is removed, the mating surface is processed in the boring and milling machine to ensure higher assembly accuracy and more stable operation.
4) With the power Angle scraper device, while cleaning the bottom and clearing the edge, it is used with the optimized ball forming disc to make the ball forming effect better, and the qualified material ball reaches more than 90%.
5) Compared with other pelletizing machines such as pot type, the pelletizing process is continuously fed and formed into balls without intermittent, meeting the needs of continuous production.
