II. Project description

In order to create a high degree of automation of organic pigment granulation production line, after many tests and research, a pilot production line with an annual output of 2000 tons was started in the first phase.

III. Project design principles

(1) Under the premise of meeting the requirements of production scale, the main machine adopts single machine and single line equipment to achieve the purpose of smooth and compact production line, save land and improve land utilization rate.

(2) The auxiliary equipment is stable, reliable and energy-saving as the principle to ensure normal production, high quality and low energy consumption.

(3) Fully combined with the local natural conditions, under the condition of meeting the process production conditions, optimize the design scheme and reduce the project cost as much as possible.

(4) Conscientiously implement the relevant environmental protection, laws, regulations and standards, strictly control environmental pollution, reduce pollutant emissions, protect and improve the environment, and achieve safe and civilized production.

IV. Project implementation

The organic pigment powder (about 300 mesh) provided by the customer was pelleted twice by the granulation testing machine (φ600 pot granulator), and the pellet size was 1~3mm. The additives are oily liquid and sugar water. Arrange the experimental process and provide the result data to the customer.

After the successful test, the pilot granulation equipment began to be made, and after 30 days of debugging, it was successfully put into production.
