I. Project overview

Equipment model: PQ45 ball disc

Raw materials: phosphogypsum, a small amount of bentonite, other auxiliary materials

Phosphogypsum itself moisture content: 20%, three kinds of materials after mixing moisture content: 9%~10%

Granulation strength: 1.5m height vertical drop easily broken into blocks

Water content after granulation: about 15%

Particle diameter: 20-30mm.

Purpose of pelletizing: to be a soil conditioner

Huludao disk granulator model is PQ45. The product is used for (gold mine tailings, quartz stone, phosphogypsum) mixed powder granulation as a soil conditioner. Phosphogypsum powder as one of the most need to deal with the domestic solid waste, the current relatively mature treatment process is the phosphogypsum powder into a certain specification of particles, and the most suitable for phosphogypsum granulation equipment, through the test and market users of the use of verification, disk granulator is a more suitable equipment. The equipment has the characteristics of uniform pellet size, adjustable tilt Angle, low energy consumption and easy operation and maintenance.

II. Working principle of equipment

The main motor drives the pulley and belt, and the pinion is driven by the reducer. The pinion meshes with the big gear fixed at the bottom of the disk and works opposite to each other. The big gear is installed on the spindle fixed on the adjusting disc of the frame through a special and reasonable design to support the work of the whole pelletizing disc (this machine is used with the sprayer). After the material enters the granulation plate, the material is uniformly stuck together to form spherical particles through the continuous rotation and spray device of the granulation plate. The automatic cleaning device is designed in the upper part of the granulation plate of the machine to prevent the material from sticking to the wall, thus greatly improving the service life of the machine. With the continuous rotation of the motor and the continuous entry of materials, mass production can be achieved to meet the needs of continuous work.
