II. Working principle of equipment
The main motor drives the pulley and belt, and the pinion is driven by the reducer. The pinion meshes with the big gear fixed at the bottom of the disk and works opposite to each other. The big gear is installed on the spindle fixed on the adjusting disc of the frame through a special and reasonable design to support the work of the whole pelletizing disc (this machine is used with the sprayer). After the material enters the granulation plate, the material is uniformly stuck together to form spherical particles through the continuous rotation and spray device of the granulation plate. The automatic cleaning device is designed in the upper part of the granulation plate of the machine to prevent the material from sticking to the wall, thus greatly improving the service life of the machine. With the continuous rotation of the motor and the continuous entry of materials, mass production can be achieved to meet the needs of continuous work.
