Raw material: phosphogypsum, phosphogypsum moisture content: 20%

II. Solution

Granulation condition: The strength can meet the belt conveyor conveyor to the autoclave slip height of 1.5-1.8m, into the autoclave particles basically do not break the height of the vertical drop easily broken into pieces.

Moisture content: about 22% after granulation

Particle diameter: 20-30mm.

Purpose of granulation: To facilitate transport to cement plant for cement retarding
