A company in Shanghai is mainly engaged in the field of hazardous waste treatment and disposal and resource utilization. In 2020, it undertook the construction of Anhui Fuyang daily incineration comprehensive hazardous waste 100 tons of solid (hazardous) waste project, aiming to achieve hazardous waste harmless disposal, in view of our company's strong technical ability and good reputation in the industry, the two sides once again cooperation. The design and manufacture of solid (hazardous) waste incineration rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber equipment used in this project was again contracted by our company. The purchase contract was signed in April, and the equipment was installed and put into operation in September.
The process used for hazardous waste incineration is to complete the process of water evaporation, volatilizing analysis, ignition and combustion of hazardous waste in the rotary kiln. The ash and slag part is discharged from the bottom of the secondary combustion chamber, and the generated flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber, where it is mixed with the secondary combustion air, and is heated to more than 1100℃ with a residence time of more than 2 seconds to complete the decomposition of dioxins.
II. Solution
The equipment supplied this time is φ4.2x16m rotary kiln and φ5.4x18m secondary combustion chamber. The following solutions are adopted to meet customer needs.
1) To ensure that harmful gases do not leak out: the system has good sealing measures and high furnace negative pressure.
2) Easy operation and maintenance: high equipment operating rate, the annual operating rate can generally reach about 90%.
3) Equipped with a secondary combustion chamber, the flue gas is heated to more than 1100 ° C in the secondary combustion chamber for a residence time of more than 2 seconds, so that the dioxins are decomposed and removed.
4) The incineration technology can not only meet all environmental requirements for the harmless treatment of hazardous waste (medical waste), but also the recommended technology for solving hazardous waste in China.
5) Wide application range, strong material adaptability, large processing capacity, strong moisture resistance fluctuation. The furnace heat load is large, the material incineration is complete, enough to cope with the complete incineration of a large number of hazardous wastes, even if the calorific value and moisture content of the material have some fluctuations, it can be completely incinerated.
