I. Project overview

In this project, the owner mainly changed the structure of the counterroll granulator with 30%-35% aqueous sludge to improve the efficiency and effect of pelletizing.

Processing capacity: 0.5-1t/h

Equipment configuration: φ400×350 roller granulator

II. Solution

1. The matching structure of single and one side perforated roller solves the problem of high water content of sludge granulation;

2, high production efficiency, ball formation rate of more than 90%;

3, uniform discharge, the roller granulator extrusion sludge particle size is uniform, can meet the lower end of the process on the size and shape of the sludge requirements;

4, the overall operation of the equipment is stable, low noise, and the use of sealed cover receiving form, the work site is clean and tidy, easy to operate.
