I. Project overview
Located in Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, the project was completed and put into operation in February 2009, using shaft kiln calcined lime. The lime produced is mainly sold to calcium carbide factories in Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia and other places. In recent years, due to the strengthening of the implementation of national environmental protection policies, but also due to the impact of the financial crisis, reducing product costs, energy saving and emission reduction has become an important measure for the development of business enterprises. After a large number of market investigation and comprehensive evaluation, in June 2013, we signed a large contract for calcining lime in energy-saving rotary kiln with vertical preheater.
II. Solution
1, the use of advanced, mature, reliable, practical process technology in the design, and reflect the requirements of circular economy, the use of no waste or waste resources production technology.
2. In line with the principle of saving land, the layout is carried out according to the actual situation of the origin, so that the layout of the lime factory is compact and the process is straight.
3, the use of energy saving and emission reduction technology, full use of waste heat. At the same time, we use our patented low-calorific value gas burner to fully burn the fuel and take energy-saving measures.
4. The project design fully considers environmental dust removal, and sets an efficient bag dust collector at the dust collection point to deal with the dust containing gas, so that it can meet the emission standards.
5, in order to the overall aesthetic and efficient requirements of the project, the preheater platform and the silo are made of steel structure.
6, the design conforms to the current national and local environmental protection, fire protection, labor safety and health regulations.
III. Project implementation
After the contract was signed, the engineering technology center of our company immediately conducted the actual survey of the project site, prepared the feasibility study report and the initial design plan, and discussed with the owner and formulated the construction plan in July. Because the project is in the cold area, November into the frost period, so the construction cycle is only four months, our company concentrated the advantages of strength, design and construction, with the strong support and cooperation of the owner, the project started on November 20, after more than 20 days of debugging, successfully reached the production standard, the owner's high praise and affirmation.
