I. Project overview


This project uses a rotary kiln to incinerate chemical waste residues and liquid waste, and decomposes dioxins in the flue gas at 1100℃ in the secondary combustion chamber at the end of the kiln, so as to achieve harmless disposal of solid (hazardous) waste.


The two sides signed a supply contract in May 2019, with a daily processing capacity of 40t. The design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber equipment are all completed by Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., LTD.


II. Solution


The project adopts rotary kiln + secondary combustion chamber supporting equipment for incineration of chemical waste residue and liquid waste and treatment of harmful components of waste gas. The program is unique and the effect is good, with the following characteristics:


1, the incineration technology can not only meet all the environmental requirements of hazardous waste (medical waste) harmless treatment, but also the recommended technology for solving hazardous waste in our country.


2. Wide application range, strong material adaptability, large processing capacity, strong moisture content resistance and other advantages. The furnace heat load is large, the material incineration is complete, enough to cope with the complete incineration of a large number of hazardous wastes, even if the calorific value and moisture content of the material have some fluctuations, it can be completely incinerated.


3, process flow: rotary kiln feed port is equipped with a pushing mechanism, can ensure continuous feed. The solid (hazardous) waste is sent into the rotary kiln from the kiln head through the feeding mechanism to be incinerated into high temperature flue gas and ash residue, which is discharged from the slag extraction machine at the kiln tail and sent to the stabilization/curing workshop regularly for treatment. The flue gas temperature at the outlet of the rotary kiln is 800 ~ 850℃. After the flue gas enters the secondary combustion chamber, secondary air is tangentially injected around the secondary combustion chamber to form a strong vortex field in the secondary combustion chamber, and the combustible components in the flue gas can be fully burned. The smoke temperature of the secondary combustion chamber is greater than 1100℃, and the residence time of the flue gas in the high temperature zone is more than 2 seconds, which ensures the decomposition of harmful components including dioxins in the flue gas and meets the requirements of hazardous waste incineration disposal.
