Main equipment introduction

1, dry ball mill

① Mainly grinding electrolytic aluminum overhaul slag materials;

② Has the advantages of high efficiency, low operating costs, stable mechanical properties, stable transmission, high hollowability, low product loss, easy replacement of wearing parts, and low maintenance costs;

③ with bearing temperature measurement, safe and reliable;

④ The cylindrical screen with knocking function is installed at the outlet of the ball mill, which saves the linear vibrating screen and saves investment compared with the traditional scheme;

⑤ The outlet of the ball mill is equipped with a dust collection cover, which can greatly reduce dust.

2, drum sieve

① It has the characteristics of strong processing capacity, high screening efficiency, compact structure, simple replacement screen, etc.;

② Simple structure, reliable operation, low noise;

③ The box is welded with profiles and steel plates, with good strength and easy installation. It is equipped with a fully sealed guard, which can effectively prevent dust leakage;
