III. Workflow
The material is fed into the drying kiln through the feed end. Because the kiln body rotates slowly under the inclined state, the raw material particles move from high end to low end in the axial direction of the cylinder while rotating with the cylinder body. In the process of movement, the raw material particles and high temperature flue gas carry out sufficient heat exchange, and are gradually dried and preheated, and finally enter the calcining kiln from the drying kiln through the connecting cover; The fuel is sprayed into the kiln through the burner by the kiln head of the calcining kiln for combustion, and the heat is transmitted to the raw material particles by radiation, convection, conduction and other ways, and the raw material particles are unloaded from the kiln head after calcining in the process of moving.
