II. Project description


In August 2016, a university in Tianjin began to conduct a nationwide investigation and plan determination of the ceramic experimental production line. After several months of investigation, we determined our company as the complete equipment supplier of the ceramic experimental production line through bidding, and signed a supply contract in December 2016. The main purpose of this project is to provide students with a teaching platform for new building materials and solid waste disposal, and to do solid waste treatment process development experiments for enterprises under working conditions. It is a research production line for scientific research institutions, which has high requirements for the compatibility of the whole equipment and the smoothness of the process. The rotary kiln, vertical mill and other equipment used in this production line belong to the products specially designed by our company for this project. The models have met the processing requirements, and many difficulties encountered in the design and production have been overcome by our engineers, providing a set of high-level experimental production line for the owner.

III. Process flow


The raw materials of this experimental platform are clay, sludge, fly ash and other raw materials that can be ground into powder, and the water content of the materials should be controlled at about 15%.


The raw materials enter the vertical mill for grinding through the feed bin and vibration feeder, and the qualified powder is collected by the vertical mill powder selection system into the bag dust collector. The collected powder is transported to the bucket elevator through the screw conveyor, and the bucket elevator lifts the powder to the distribution bin. The qualified air is discharged into the chimney through the fan. The powder is fed into the screw conveyor through the lower bin batching system, and then to the bucket elevator. After the powder is lifted out of the bucket, it enters the two-axis mixer for mixing. If the material moisture is not enough, water is added until it is suitable for the disc ball forming machine. The ceramic particles produced from the ball and disc are transported to the rotary kiln for calcination by the high Angle belt conveyor. The calcined finished ceramic particles are cooled by the vertical cooling machine, and the cooled ceramic particles enter the finished product storage through the belt conveyor. The flue gas at the end of the kiln is cooled and dust collected through the air cooler, and then the feedstock is heated by the vertical mill to achieve the effect of energy saving. The process design of the whole production line is simple and easy to operate.
