II. Solution
After a long time of communication and site survey, our company cooperated with customers to provide integrated technical services from raw material batching, mixing, granulation, calcination, cooling equipment supply, equipment installation and debugging, and the process design of the whole production line raw material pretreatment system, mixing aging system, granulation calcination cooling system, environmental dust collection system electrical automation control system.
This set of production line has met customer expectations after being put into operation. The main kiln type is: φ1.6×28+φ2×20m plug-in kiln. The current daily production capacity can reach 290~300m³, and it has been running stably, realizing the disposal cost of raw materials and exceeding the expected ceramsite output.
