Ceramide wallboard is a new type of energy-saving wall material, which has many advantages such as good fire resistance, short construction time and low comprehensive cost. Xi 'an Research and Design Institute is a company specializing in the development, design, production and sales of wall materials. In July 2020, we ordered a set of ceramic test production line of our company to study the calcination process of sludge and other industrial solid waste ceramic production and its application in wall materials. In March 2021, the production line was successfully accepted and put into use.


II. Solution


This time, we provide the whole ceramic test production line production process design, equipment processing and manufacturing, installation, commissioning and other services, the production capacity of this production line is 100kg/h, with the following characteristics:


(1) The production line process plan and equipment configuration are developed on the basis of the company's existing pilot production line, and the technology is mature and reliable.


(2) The whole set of equipment is light in weight, low in height and compact in process arrangement, which can meet a variety of solid waste ceramic calcination production tests.


(3) Using natural gas as fuel, gas emissions are clean and environmentally friendly.


(4) The temperature detection instrument is added on the kiln barrel, which is convenient for real-time monitoring and research of the entire calcining process engineering of the ceramic particles.


(5) PLC remote centralized control, real-time and convenient process operation.
