I. Project overview

A company in Jiangsu Province, the main production, processing ceramics and products, and provide corresponding after-sales technical services. In September 2018, the host equipment of Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 100,000 square ceramite production line was ordered. The project used urban sludge as raw material to fire building ceramite, and turned solid waste into resources and waste into protection. In April 2019, the equipment supply and installation were completed and accepted smoothly.


In the early stage of the project, only the single-machine equipment was planned to be purchased from Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., LTD., but in the process of communication and discussion on the plan, the customer was impressed by our company's complete equipment manufacturing capacity and good technical service, and then all the main equipment of the production line was supplied by Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., LTD. The production line adopts the double-barrel plug-in rotary kiln, the preheating kiln and the roasting kiln are controlled respectively, the residence time of the materials is convenient to operate, and it is suitable for the ceramic firing of various materials with large fluctuations in moisture and composition.


II. Solution


On the basis of traditional construction ceramide preparation, this sludge ceramide production line adopts the following technologies and solutions for calcination, granulation, screening, finished product storage, kiln sealing and other problems:


1) The plug-in double-barrel rotary kiln can realize the preheating and roasting of materials in different rotary kilns, respectively control their respective speed, change the residence time of materials, achieve wide thermal conditions, and adapt to the firing of a variety of materials.


2) The use of roller pelletizing mechanism, uniform and reasonable particle size, and can be continuously produced to meet the line operation.


3) Use rice bran as raw fuel. The grain bran is sprayed into the kiln through a single channel burner to meet the calcination of ceramics, which greatly reduces the production cost compared with the use of gas and raw coal.


4) The finished product uses the roller screen for multi-stage screening, and the different particle sizes meet the requirements of different uses, which can maximize profits.


5) The sealing of rotary kiln adopts stainless steel fish scale sealing method, which reduces the leakage of external air, and also reduces the unloading of materials, durable, environmental protection and energy saving.


6) The finished products are stored in Lipu warehouse, which has the advantages of strong storage capacity, good air tightness, wide use, short construction period, low cost and long life.
