In 2019, Jiangsu Customer Company built two sludge ceramsite production lines with an annual output of 300,000 square meters. The project granulation machine, finished product warehouse, shaping machine, roller screen and other equipment were supplied by Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., LTD. The supply contract was signed by both sides in October 2019, and the equipment installation was completed in June 2020.
II. Solution
The ceramic production line adopts the following solutions based on the traditional construction ceramic preparation to meet the technical needs of customers:
1) The plug-in rotary kiln is adopted, and the diameter of the roasting kiln barrel is greater than the diameter of the drying kiln barrel. This kind of structural design has the characteristics of two separate control of the residence time of the material in the kiln and convenient adjustment, which improves the adaptability of the system to different material particle size and moisture and stabilizes the product quality. Also due to the larger diameter of the front-end cylinder, the combustion space of the fuel in the roasting section increases, the contact time between the gas and the material is longer, and the calcining capacity of the front section of the roasting kiln is enhanced.
2) Using 4 sets of counterroll granulating machine to achieve product granulation before kiln. Due to the high production capacity and large scale of the production line, each production line is equipped with two sets of roller granulator to achieve continuous production of granulation and uniform particle size, after putting into operation, the ball formation rate of the equipment reaches more than 90%, uniform discharge, fully meet the requirements of the ceramic kiln for the size and shape of the ball.
3) The rear of the shaping machine is equipped with a screen, which can separate the fine crushed materials from the qualified particle size materials before entering the kiln, so that the qualified materials can be calcined in the kiln, and the fine crushed materials can be returned to granulation in advance, which can improve the qualified rate of ceramic products and save energy and consumption.
4) The project's roller screen is a large roller screen produced by our company, with a production capacity of 50-70 tons. In production, the finished ceramic particle size can be screened and graded from small to large size, meeting the needs of warehousing, storage and transportation.
