The construction of the factory aims to recycle the sludge after harmless disposal, which can greatly reduce the pressure on environmental protection and open up a new road for the sustainable development of the sludge. In the construction of this project, with the requirements of high environmental protection and high automation, the design tries to avoid the problems in the domestic ceramic production line before, and many energy-saving measures are adopted to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.


II. Solution


Production scale: Annual output of 300,000 square sludge ceramide production line Project Service scope: From raw material storage and transportation, drying, batching, mixing, granulation, calcination, cooling to finished product storage and transportation system, environmental dust collection system, exhaust dust removal, desulfurization and deodorization system, electrical automation control system process design, plant planning, equipment supply, equipment installation and commissioning, after-sales training and a series of technical services.


The main raw materials for the production of sludge ceramide are sludge, shale and so on.


The production process of ceramide in this production line is: raw material crushing → grinding → drying → raw material batching → aging → raw material feeding → raw material stirring → granulation → shaping and screening → calcination → cooling → screening → storage.


The shale required for the production of shale crushing system requires water content ≤13% and lumpiness > 350mm, and is transported by car to the shale yard in the plant for storage. The deposited shale is first transported by the loader to the receiving hopper, and the shale raw materials are uniformly and stably crushed by the lower bar feeder under the action of gravity into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and the shale particle size is broken to less than 80mm. The crushed shale is sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing, the shale particle size is broken to less than 30mm, and then sent to the qualified particle size shale raw material storage yard by the belt conveyor at the lower part of the impact breaking.


The whole crushing system adopts a sealed belt conveyor, and is equipped with a bag dust collector to dust the entire environmental dust point, and improve the entire system operating environment.


The rotary kiln uses grain bran as fuel, and the grain bran transported from outside is unloaded to the Gukang warehouse, transported to the grain bran receiving hopper by the loader, and lifted to the top of the grain bran bin by the bucket elevator. The discharge port of the bucket elevator is connected to the discharge chute, and the chaff can be directly unloaded into the 1# chaff bin, or it can be transported to the 2# chaff bin by the screw conveyor. The grain bran bin is equipped with a speed-regulating feeding screw conveyor, which is unloaded into the grain bran conveying air pipe through the discharging port of the speed-regulating screw conveyor. The upstream of the air duct is equipped with a grain chaff air supply fan, which blows the grain chaff inside the air duct to the inlet of the burner at the head of the rotary kiln. The burners are equipped with a chaff air dispersal device, and the chaff and air are fully homogenized and then sprayed into the rotary kiln for combustion. The fan and feeding screw are equipped with frequency control device, which can adjust the ratio and amount of wind bran, which is convenient for the adjustment of the amount of bran in the production process of rotary kiln and is more convenient to use.


In this project, the bag dust collector is selected with offline dust removal bin, which can meet the online dust removal process, and one bin is in offline dust removal state, so as to realize the stable operation of the whole system. The coarse particles removed from the bottom of the bag dust collector are discharged into the scraper and out of the aircraft through the ash discharge valve, and are centrally discharged to the ash storage bin.
