II. Project description

This project is mainly about the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the main equipment of the annual output of 100,000 square electroplating sludge (hazardous waste) ceramic pellet production line, such as ceramic rotary kiln, cooling machine, dryer, counterroll granulation machine, feeding machine, double-shaft mixer and other equipment. The project is mainly to treat electroplating sludge, mix it with waste soil and fly ash according to a certain ratio, age it, and then granulate and calcined it to form ceramic particles. Using the high temperature reduction atmosphere of ceramic kiln, the pickling sludge can be harmless and immobilized, and the product can be used for building materials, and a new process route is pointed out for the harmless disposal of hazardous waste.
