I. Project overview


In November 2020, Qingdao customers began to contact our company for business, and the company actively understood the needs of the owner side, and repeatedly proposed optimization and targeted design for the process design. After the customer's investigation of the existing projects of Zhengmine machinery and the comparison with domestic counterparts, the two sides formally cooperated in June 2021.


In the process of project implementation, Zhengmine machinery has made reasonable arrangements for raw material inspection, process quality supervision, progress control, factory inspection, delivery organization and guidance for installation, and has formulated detailed and thorough plans to ensure the smooth implementation and completion of the project.


Raw material: contaminated soil + sludge containing heavy metals


Scale: Annual output of 400,000 square ceramics (single line 200,000 square)


Fuel: natural gas


II. Process plan


After the heavy metal contaminated soil and sludge are mixed and pelleted, the gold heavy metal is solidified in the ceramic particles after being calcined at 1250℃ in the rotary kiln. At the same time, the ceramic particles of the product can be used for building materials to realize the resource utilization of solid waste.

IV. Project advantages


Our company combines the hazardous waste incineration secondary combustion chamber technology with the kiln tail smoke chamber for ceramite production, and the waste heat is exchanged for heat, and then used for general solid waste drying, reducing energy waste, and exploring a way to save energy for flue gas disposal.


From the overall project planning to the detailed process formula, process design, equipment design and manufacturing, engineering installation, commissioning and so on to provide a complete whole industry chain services, with a complete solid and dangerous waste treatment system solutions.


After the completion of the project, it will become the largest contaminated soil disposal base in Qingdao area, and provide a new sustainable road for the disposal of local sludge and contaminated soil.
