After the completion of the first phase of Zhejiang 40,000 tons/year aluminum ash pretreatment resource utilization project, electrolytic aluminum ash and aluminum slag produced by electrolytic aluminum plants within 300km of the surrounding area can be harmless and reused to achieve comprehensive utilization of resources.
Zhejiang customers cooperated with our company to research the key technologies for the full utilization of aluminum ash resources, and the annual treatment of 40,000 tons of aluminum ash resources project passed the environmental protection approval in April 2020, and was added to the Construction Plan of Hazardous Waste Utilization and Disposal Facilities in Zhejiang Province (2019-2022), and it is planned to complete the application of hazardous waste management license by the end of November 2021. By then, it will effectively achieve full coverage of aluminum ash utilization and disposal capacity. In August 2020, we signed a business contract with our company and started to implement it. At present, the equipment has been installed, the standard has reached the production, and the normal production is under way.
II. Solution
Aluminum ash hazardous waste disposal project includes box crusher, ball mill, drum screen and supporting electrical control system, the system has the following characteristics:
1. Process selection. According to the slag source of aluminum ash and the characteristics of the material itself, the box crusher is selected for crushing, which can adapt to the large size of aluminum ash. The roller screen is used to screen the aluminum ash after grinding, with secondary ash under the screen and metal particles on the screen, which can realize continuous and stable selection of metal and aluminum particles.
2, the aluminum ash hazardous waste disposal process is simple and compact, each lower point is equipped with dust collection pipe, treatment technology and dust emission comply with environmental laws and regulations.
3, the ball mill is designed by our process and mechanical engineers, crushing and grinding capacity is balanced, the main bearing uses rolling bearings, low consumption and high yield, low operating cost.
4, the system can be used as a variety of fluoride salt resource recovery, preparation production line pretreatment process, and flotation, filtration, drying process combined to meet the aluminum ash resources, harmless disposal of a variety of needs.
