Our company cooperated with Anhui customers to build an annual output of 200,000 cubic meters of coal gangue ceramic production line project, which is a construction project of the local bulk solid waste comprehensive utilization industrial base, but also an important project for the transformation and development of the group company.

II. Solution

In this project, our company provided customers with the main equipment, process plan, installation and system performance debugging of the whole production line for coal gangue mixing, granulation, calcination, cooling to finished product storage.

Coal gangue (also called coal associated waste rock) is a kind of mining solid waste, which is discharged in the process of mining, mining and coal washing. It is a kind of solid waste of mining, including the mixture of washing waste in coal washing plant, hand-selected waste in coal production, coal and rock discharged from half coal roadway and rock roadway driving, and white waste piled up with coal gangue. It is a mixture of carbon, argillaceous and sandy shales with a low heating value. Carbon content 20% ~ 30%, some containing humic acid. China has accumulated about 1000Mt of coal gangue over the years, and continues to discharge about 100Mt every year, which not only covers an area, but also can spontaneously ignite and pollute the air or cause fire.

Ceramite, as the name suggests, is ceramite particles. Most of the appearance characteristics of the ceramic particles are round or oval spheres, but there are also some imitation gravel ceramic particles are not round or oval spheres, and are gravel, which belongs to a new type of material, and has been widely used in building materials, green materials, diet and health materials and industrial filtration materials and other industries.

Using coal gangue to make ceramide is a typical scheme in the utilization of solid waste resources. The coal gangue reserves are large, the ceramide has many application scenarios, and the variety needs are large.
