II. Project description

The transformation of Hubei 1200t/d cement production line into an annual output of 120,000 cubic meters of shale ceramic production line project is a cooperative study between Henan Zheng Mine Co., Ltd. and the design institute, and the design plan has been developed, which has laid a solid foundation for the later construction and transformation of cement production line equipment for our company. The project will officially ignite the kiln at 8:38 on March 8, 2021, and produce qualified products on the afternoon of the 11th.

III. Solution

The project of transforming shale ceramic production line in Hubei Cement production line has overcome many unfavorable factors such as short design and construction period, incomplete materials of the original production line, long-term disuse of the original production line, and difficulty in equipment recovery. Through the joint efforts of the elites of all parties, the project has dominated the domestic ceramite industry in many aspects such as automation control, environmental protection control and product quality control, and has achieved a technological breakthrough in the transformation of the cement production line into the ceramite production line. At the same time, the production of the production line also indicates that the technological transformation of the cement clinker production line into the production of ceramite is technically feasible. For many domestic clinker cement production line transformation to open up a new way of reform and innovation.
