II. Project description

A coal mine in Shanxi plans to build a new 960,000 tons/year calcium carbide equipment supporting calcium carbide gas rich carbon monoxide gas secondary energy comprehensive utilization project (Phase I) calcium carbide production equipment, comprehensive public auxiliary project - carbon material drying system

III. Design principles

(1) Under the premise of meeting the requirements of production scale, the main machine adopts single machine and single line equipment to achieve the purpose of smooth and compact production line, save land and improve land utilization rate.

(2) The auxiliary equipment is stable, reliable and energy-saving as the principle to ensure normal production, high quality and low energy consumption.

(3) Fully combined with the local natural conditions, under the condition of meeting the process production conditions, optimize the design scheme and reduce the project cost as much as possible.

(4) Conscientiously implement the relevant national environmental protection, laws, regulations and standards, strictly control environmental pollution, reduce pollutant emissions, protect and improve the environment, and achieve safe and civilized production.

IV. Project implementation

After the signing of the contract, our company concentrated its superior strength and made good equipment. With the strong support and cooperation of the owner, the project was put into operation on June 20. After more than 50 days of debugging, the production was successfully reached the standard and was highly praised and affirmed by the owner.
