II. Project description

In July 2016, a company in Fujian began to screen and inspect the solid waste ceramic production line manufacturers. After more than 5 months of program discussion, our company was determined to be the final production line equipment supplier, and formally signed a supply contract with January 2017. This project is an environmental protection project using industrial solid waste (chromium mud, electroplating mud, paper sludge, etc.) for resource disposal of fired ceramics, with a daily processing capacity of 257t/d. Due to the characteristics of the material in this production line, it is required that there is no dust leakage in the process of transferring the material, and the sealing of the equipment should be good. The material has a strong corrosion, requiring the equipment to achieve the corresponding indicators in terms of corrosion prevention. In view of the above characteristics, our engineers tailor-made suitable production equipment and process flow for the owners to achieve the satisfaction of the owners.


III. Process flow


The main raw materials for the production of ceramics are chromium mud, sea mud, electroplating mud and so on.


The production process of ceramisite in this production line is: raw material crushing and grinding → raw material ratio → raw material mixing → granulation → shaping and screening → sintering → cooling → screening → bagging.


The raw materials packed with tons of bags are hoisted into the top material platform, and the rod teeth disperser is set at the lower part of the platform silo. The filter cake is dispersed and sent to the material conveying device. After crushing, measuring and other ingredients, the material enters the mixing device. The material, moisture and particle size stirred by the stirring device are suitable for granulation by the granulator. The material after granulation by the granulator is sifted by the screening mechanism, and the qualified material is sifted into the rotary kiln for drying and calcining. The calcined material is transported to the barrel cooler for cooling. Out of the cooling machine, the ceramic particles are raised to the screening device, according to the standard requirements, divided into different particle sizes, into the respective finished product warehouse, the warehouse is set up electronic metering scales, weight qualified bagged finished products, sealed by the sewing machine, stacked in the finished product warehouse for delivery. Rice husk, waste oil and other fuels can be used for calcination in rotary kiln. Due to the different calorific value, composition and combustion speed of fuel, it is necessary to support multi-channel combustion and fuel air atomization devices. After the kiln tail cyclone dust collector and bag dust collector dust cooling, the tail gas temperature is below 250℃, and then into the tail gas purification system. The exhaust gas purification system is divided into desulfurization and denitrification process and deodorization process, so that the sulfur gas, alkaline gas and foul gas generated by burning rice husks, waste oil and chromium mud, sea mud, electroplating mud, etc., can be decomposed, and the discharged gas is clean and odorless.
