II. Product advantages
1. Main drive motor:
The use of frequency conversion speed regulating motor, energy saving and environmental protection, and speed regulating range, high efficiency, high precision, smooth operation.
2. Auxiliary drive:
The auxiliary transmission motor is used to ensure that the rotary kiln can still operate when the main power supply is interrupted, prevent the bending deformation of the cylinder and facilitate maintenance, and it is equipped with electric hydraulic block brake to avoid reversal when the kiln is stopped.
3. Supporting device and supporting device of supporting wheel:
The use of double row self-aligning roller bearing + thrust self-aligning roller bearing replaces the traditional plain bearing structure, simplifies the roller structure, improves the reliability of the overall operation, reduces the useless power loss during the cylinder operation, and makes maintenance and overhaul more convenient.
