I. Project overview
The main party started the preliminary work as early as the end of 2006, and carried out extensive and long-term investigation and research on a number of representative magnesium metal factories and equipment manufacturers in China together with a number of domestic magnesium metal industry experts.
In October 2009, the customer began to contact our company for business, and the two sides formally cooperated in July 2011.
After signing the contract, our company immediately visited the project site, and conducted technical communication with the technical experts of the owner in Shanghai, Taiyuan and Korea, etc., and made adequate and reasonable arrangements and detailed plans for raw material inspection, process quality supervision, progress control, factory inspection, delivery organization, guidance and installation during the project implementation.
The production and procurement of equipment and materials were completed smoothly and efficiently in just 4 months, and were highly recognized and praised by users and world-renowned third-party inspection institutions such as TUV.
During the loading of the goods in Tianjin Port and Qingdao Port, our company and the customer's personnel together in the port supervision of the packing and binding and fixed process, in the spirit of being responsible for the customer, not afraid of cold, effectively ensure the safety of the goods shipment, on time.
After the goods arrive at the project site, our staff actively cooperate with the customer's staff to check and check the goods one by one.
Thanks to the close cooperation with the customer personnel and the rich experience of our experts, the project was successfully put into production at the end of June 2012.
During the formal production period and after the warranty period, our customer staff insisted on regular phone tracking of customers, and in June 2013 went to South Korea to pay a field visit to customers, and actively communicated with the owner's equipment users and maintenance personnel to solve various problems in production for customers.
II. Solution
1. In the design, mature and practical preheating, calcination, cooling, grinding and ball pressing technology is adopted.
2. The project site is located near the tourist resort on the east coast of the country. The design fully respects and reflects the environmental requirements of the owner and the local government of the owner, and efficient dust collection systems are set up in each workshop.
3. In line with the principle of saving land, the layout is carried out according to the actual situation of the origin, so that the plant equipment layout is compact and the process is smooth.
4. For the overall aesthetic and efficient requirements of the project, the preheater platform and the silo are made of steel structure.
5. The design and spraying of safety protection facilities are strictly in accordance with the local laws and regulations of the owner.
6. The project achieved: South Korea's first silicon thermal magnesium smelting production line, the whole industry has a high degree of automation.
III. Project site
