In March 2012, Inner Mongolia Metal magnesium production Project began to bid for rotary kiln calcining system, pulverized coal preparation system, grinding powder ball system equipment for the whole country, inviting thirteen major domestic equipment manufacturers to participate in the bidding. The owner has made extensive comparison and investigation for many times, and determined that our company is the supplier of three major system equipment. The equipment supply contract was signed on July 9, 2012.
After the contract came into effect, our company set up a project headquarters, strictly implement the 4S management system, strictly abide by the technical standards of the product enterprise in production and quality inspection, and timely report the production progress of the equipment to the owner. The equipment installation site has a project manager, who communicates with the owner's engineering department in time to solve various problems existing in the construction of the project site.
Through the close cooperation and active promotion of the two sides, the installation and debugging of the system equipment was completed and accepted in September 2013, and the production standard was successfully reached.
II. Solution
