I. Project overview


1. Working conditions


Under the rotary kiln, solid waste is usually incinerated at 50t/d. Low calorific value of the material: 4000kcal/kg, in addition to solid materials in the rotary kiln, low calorific value liquid materials need to be injected, and high calorific value waste liquid is sprayed in the secondary combustion chamber.


The operating temperature in the rotary kiln is 850-1000℃, and the ash and slag generated after incineration fall directly into the water sealed slag discharge device at the bottom of the rotary kiln. The rotary kiln is lined with 230mm heavy brick.


The working temperature of the secondary combustion chamber is 1100-1200℃. The secondary combustion chamber is lined with 200mm heavy brick +100mm aluminum silicate fiberboard.


The flue gas delay device is arranged at the exit of the secondary combustion chamber, and the flue gas goes up and down, and the working temperature is 1100-1200℃. The secondary combustion chamber is lined with 200mm heavy brick +100mm aluminum silicate plate.


2. Main equipment


The inner diameter of rotary kiln barrel is φ 3600mm, the length is 13000mm. Tilt Angle 2 degrees. By the transmission device: main motor (frequency conversion), main reducer, gear ring drive. Rotary kiln is equipped with auxiliary motor and auxiliary reducer for maintenance. Kiln head cover, kiln head and cylinder seal device, kiln tail and cyclone inlet seal device and wheel support device, etc., the seal adopts fish scale and labyrinth seal.


3. System characteristics
