A company in Xinjiang is mainly engaged in road general cargo transportation of crude oil, kerosene, coal tar and other chemical products, physical cleaning operations of oil storage tanks and technical services, and a large amount of sludge is generated in the business. Incineration is one of the harmless treatment and disposal methods of sludge. This project uses rotary kiln to incinerate sludge, so that the organic harmful substances contained in it are burned and decomposed under the high temperature condition of 800-850 ° C to generate carbon dioxide, water and other harmless gases, so as to achieve harmless disposal of sludge.
The project is located in Turpan City, aiming to deal with sludge waste. In January 2018, the two sides signed a purchase contract for solid (hazardous) waste rotary kiln. The equipment design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning are all completed by Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., LTD.
II. Solution
In this project, solid (hazardous) waste rotary kiln is used to incinerate oily sludge of hazardous waste at high temperature, with a daily processing capacity of 30t. The thermal engineering, technical parameters and disposal process of the main equipment are as follows:

2) Process flow
The process of this production line is: feeding system → calcination system → gas treatment system.
The feed port of rotary kiln is equipped with a pushing mechanism to ensure continuous feed. The oily sludge that has been filtered or dehydrated is sent into the rotary kiln through the feeding mechanism, and is incinerated into high temperature flue gas and ash residue, which is discharged from the kiln head. The outlet temperature of the rotary kiln is 800 ~ 850 ° C to ensure the decomposition of harmful components including dioxins in the flue gas. In addition, the system uses natural gas as fuel, avoiding the use of raw coal incineration to produce secondary pollution of harmful gases, clean and environmental protection. Finally, the exhaust gas enters the exhaust gas treatment system through the exhaust gas pipe at the end of the kiln, and then enters the atmosphere after purification treatment.
