Project background: A customer in Tanzania established a light burned magnesite project with a daily output of 100 tons. After comparison and investigation by several companies, he recognized our processing capacity and signed a contract with us.

This project is mainly a production line of light burned magnesite with a daily output of 100 tons. The main equipment is rotary kiln, single barrel cooler, four-channel burner, bag dust collector, bucket elevator, belt conveyor and double-shaft screw feeder. The service scope of the project covers production line process design, equipment supply and transportation, on-site installation and commissioning guidance. Th

e process is to complete the loading, calcination, dust removal and other sections of raw materials.

II. Project implementation

This project is the second phase of the owner's new project, of which the first phase was completed in 2017 and was designed and supplied by our company. In view of the good operation efficiency in the past two years, the owner signed the supply contract with our company for the second production line again in May 2020, and further improved and optimized the previous production line configuration. At present, all the equipment has been produced and shipped, and the next step is to carry out safety adjustment guidance services when the equipment arrives at the customer's site to assist the customer to complete the installation and test run of the project and smoothly put into production.
